Over the decades, Concor has built an impressive portfolio. From multifamily residences and commercial buildings to multi-story condominiums and single-family homes, we’ve successfully completed over 2,500 multifamily units and developed 1,200 single-family homes across the region. Our recent focus on single-family homes has allowed us to deliver more than 50 new residences in Palm Bay, Florida since 2015—an achievement that reflects our unwavering dedication to enriching local neighborhoods.
